I believe we learn more from our mistakes than our successes, and to be an effective mentor one needs to have some scars.  I’ll show you mine.  Risk-taking is my specialty, which is why I have had 5 distinct careers:  radio broadcasting, professional sports marketing, internet publishing, streaming media and intercultural training and consulting.   I am very grateful to the mentors I have had along the way, and I hope those I have mentored feel the same.

My addiction is life-long learning.   A BA in Communications, MA in Teaching, and an MA in Intercultural Relations, all gave me valuable foundations.  My thesis on US Corporate Internships for Students from Africa, led to some of the most meaningful mentoring I have ever done.   Will tell you more at our session.

Linked-in will give you my boring bio. Mentor tip: Never have a boring bio.
