Your next steps, now that you’ve purchased an event ticket on Eventbrite:

  1. Login or Create a SCHED account. Use the same email account as Eventbrite to link your ticket to your event schedule.

  2. Browse panel discussion and events below and build your schedule. Events fill up fast, so grab a seat now! Be sure to sign up for the MotherSHIP Main Event on Tuesday evening, full of great pop up events and opportunities to meet new and old friends!

  3. Make your schedule and profile public so friends and colleagues can connect with you during the event. Fill out your bio so attendees can learn more about you. Connect your SCHED account to social media to share with those you know attending the Regatta. See your Account Settings.

  4. Join our online community by using #SEAWIT19 and share the events you’ve signed up for on social media so others can join you in demonstrating support for Women in Tech!

Sarah Laiwala is a life-long learner, visionary, problem solver, volunteer, mentor, and mother. She has 15 years of professional experience in technology. She has a proven track record of building leaders, innovating, setting strategy, collaborating, and launching consumer-facing products that drive billions of dollars and impact millions of consumers worldwide. Currently, Sarah is a Sr. Director of product management for the virtual agent platform experience at Expedia. Most recently, she was at The Walt Disney Company, where she managed the PhotoPass P&L; led the Digital Innovation team; and built the virtual assistant, app and website platforms for Parks & Resorts. Prior to that, Sarah was at Amazon growing the Amazon Shopping App for Android. She earned her M.S. Software Engineering and Development Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and also received the Dean's Return on Education Award in 2010. In addition to her achievements professionally, Sarah received the Gold Presidential Voluntary Service award in January 2018 for her exemplary work with Aga Khan Education Services in Tajikistan.
