Your next steps, now that you’ve purchased an event ticket on Eventbrite:

  1. Login or Create a SCHED account. Use the same email account as Eventbrite to link your ticket to your event schedule.

  2. Browse panel discussion and events below and build your schedule. Events fill up fast, so grab a seat now! Be sure to sign up for the MotherSHIP Main Event on Tuesday evening, full of great pop up events and opportunities to meet new and old friends!

  3. Make your schedule and profile public so friends and colleagues can connect with you during the event. Fill out your bio so attendees can learn more about you. Connect your SCHED account to social media to share with those you know attending the Regatta. See your Account Settings.

  4. Join our online community by using #SEAWIT19 and share the events you’ve signed up for on social media so others can join you in demonstrating support for Women in Tech!

Ms. Vrudhula leads customer innovation across VMware’s strategic customers. She has several years of technical leadership, consulting, and process management experience. Ms. Vrudhula’s industry experience encompasses: retail, healthcare, life-sciences, high-technology, manufacturing, telecom, and financial services. She is a passionate technologist (with multiple patents), a process wonk (certified PMP, ITIL, Agile Scrum Master, Six-Sigma, BPM), organizational change management specialist, and an experienced product development leader. Padmaja combines operational experience with thoughtful recommendations for the sustainable success of her clients.

Prior to VMware, Ms. Vrudhula was the SVP of Services and Strategy for an innovative SaaS BI company, Chief Strategist and Founder of a consulting company, the Director of Solution Delivery for Moss Adams LLP, a consultant with Deloitte Consulting in their CIO services practice, as well as a Business Solutions Manager for Washington Mutual’s Treasury, Capital Markets, and Market Risk groups.

In addition to an MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, Ms. Vrudhula is currently finishing her MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Washington, specializing in emerging technology (blockchain, ML/AI, GPU Programming etc.).
