Microsoft
Director, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and AI
I consider myself a full-stack leader accomplished in delivering global, transformative and innovative business processes and platforms. I engage the world with curiosity, energy and enthusiasm to reimagine solutions and lead digital journeys. Applying critical and design thinking approaches, I create environments where organizations are able to accomplish more than they thought was possible.

Currently, as a Finance Director with Microsoft, I am a leader in our Modern Finance Transformation Program, pioneering the digital transformation of Microsoft’s finance and accounting platforms and processes. I lead an innovation team focused on modernizing business intelligence capabilities and implementing artificial intelligence platforms with intelligent automation, machine learning algorithms and cognitive services.

Previously, as a Director with T-Mobile USA, I designed and operated the full breadth of business systems, SAP ERP and business intelligence across finance, accounting, tax, ecommerce, supply chain, retail, customer billing and sales compensation.

I began my career as an operational accountant improving the bottom line performance of a real estate development and property management firm in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Later, with the National Automobile Association, I was the finance lead for the nonprofit membership organization and the publishing business while managing the company owned real estate portfolio.

In my 20’s, I designed, built and operated a restaurant with my family and I was the Accounting Controller for local Seattle restaurants.

I seek to optimize human performance and bring about radical wellness by safely and intentionally researching and experiencing novel mind, body and spirit techniques.
