I build bridges across the tech industry, government, and civil society to solve global challenges. A creative and interdisciplinary systems thinker, I have 13+ years of global experience, including serving as a U.S. diplomat and working on Facebook's Global Trust and Safety Operations team. From leading my team in Istanbul through unprecedented security challenges — a coup attempt, an evacuation, multiple terrorist attacks, and rising anti-Americanism — to developing and executing operational strategy at Facebook, I excel at leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, planning and executing complex projects, and breaking down silos to build bridges across organizations, sectors, and countries. I've won two U.S. State Department awards for my service.

I value people and organizations that do what they say, view “failures” as opportunities for improvement, and believe building inclusion is the right thing to do and a business imperative, not a box-checking exercise. As a daughter of immigrants and the first person in my family to attend college, I'm committed to ensuring underrepresented voices are heard and democratizing access to opportunity for everyone.
