Your next steps, now that you’ve purchased an event ticket on Eventbrite:

  1. Login or Create a SCHED account. Use the same email account as Eventbrite to link your ticket to your event schedule.

  2. Browse panel discussion and events below and build your schedule. Events fill up fast, so grab a seat now! Be sure to sign up for the MotherSHIP Main Event on Tuesday evening, full of great pop up events and opportunities to meet new and old friends!

  3. Make your schedule and profile public so friends and colleagues can connect with you during the event. Fill out your bio so attendees can learn more about you. Connect your SCHED account to social media to share with those you know attending the Regatta. See your Account Settings.

  4. Join our online community by using #SEAWIT19 and share the events you’ve signed up for on social media so others can join you in demonstrating support for Women in Tech!

Nikila Srinivasan leads the Ads Growth team at Facebook and has been responsible for helping 7 million small business owners establish their businesses on Facebook and reach potential consumers globally. At Facebook, she championed the need to invest in small businesses in emerging markets and as a result of her advocacy she was drafted to be a site builder in London and established an emerging markets ads team. During her time at Facebook she helped launch products to build better experiences for small businesses in emerging markets including Slideshow and Boost Post, among others. She is now the head of small business products and ads growth.

As a woman of color with diverse experiences, Nikila is a passionate promoter for diversity in the workforce, entrepreneurs and small business owners. Therefore, she's always approaching product development and technology in innovative ways. She's also a published author, speaker at international events including the Cannes Advertising Festival, keynote at the Ada Lovelace Festival in Berlin, Product Tank, Fortune Global CEO Forum, and was one of India's Olympic torchbearers. She graduated with a CS engineering degree from Chennai, India, and a masters in global communication, technology and development from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
