Hi, I'm Gina, best selling author, keynote speaker, and success and leadership coach with a commitment to support women in male-dominated industries (STEM) and female founders to get out of their own way by overcoming self-doubt and gain more confidence to succeed in all areas of their lives - BUT without sacrificing themselves, their health, or sanity in the process.

I’m an advocate for gender equity and creating an inclusive environment where people thrive, bring their whole self to work, and are empowered to lead from any role. I love coaching and teaching emotional intelligence (EQ), soft skills, and growth mindset strategies and supporting organizations in learning how to support their female employees to move beyond their limitations and achieve greater success. I accomplish this through corporate workshops, speaking, private coaching, masterminds, and retreats.

My favorite book is "The War of Art" by Steven Pressfield. Ask me about combatting impostor syndrome, overcoming burnout, and The Dark Side of Ambition™.
