Kate leads the Solution Architect team at Highspot, focusing on scaling product innovation and institutional knowledge across the Services team to deliver a world-class customer experience at every turn. Through hypergrowth she has worked to create the processes, programs, and relationships necessary for scale. In particular, Kate loves working at the intersection of Product development and Service delivery with a full-cycle perspective on new product vision and strategy through development, services and customer implementation, and impact on customer business.
Kate has a background in academia and consulting and holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St Louis, focused on micro-scale biomechanics. She is among the many who upgraded pandemic life with a dog - a lab/pointer mix named Tina (short for quaran-tina). Outside of work, she indulges her passions for learning, teaching, and the outdoors as an instructor (and instructor of instructors) with Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance.
