Does increasing representation in video games result in changes to how games are made? A lack of diversity in video games has historically been a problem in the industry, but one that development teams are increasingly willing to address. Join a panel of decision makers and creators as they discuss the steps they’ve taken to shift towards better diversity in their games and how that shift has been received by their fanbase.  We’ll explore whether their approaches to hiring, narrative and visual design, and community interaction have changed, and discuss any community support - or backlash - that has occurred as a result of the changes.
